It has come to our attention that many home PC users (and some businesses) throughout Ireland have been contacted out of the blue and by telephone, by a company offering technical assistance for potential computer issues.  This company offer to remotely log in to your PC and resolve any issues you have (real or otherwise).  The end user is then asked for credit card details and charged $250 for the 'service'. 

This company is operating in a fradulent manner having misrepresented themselves as technical experts working for our company.  PaqIT Solutions would advise you not to interract in any way, but gather as much information as possible and report these details to the authorities.

Should you innocently fall victim to this companies activities, you may actually receive a receipt for your Credit Card transaction by their credit card processing company, CCNow.  We have contacted CCNow in the USA and made them aware of this activity.  CCNow can be contacted by telephone on 001 866 856 3789 or email service@ccnow.com . Mr. Joseph Gohr from CCNow Customer Service will assist in refunding any monies taken fradulently from your credit card.
